PILATES CIRCUIT

A 55-minute Pilates Circuit workout using specialised Pilates equipment such as the Wunda Chair, Reformer, Tower of Power, Ladder Barrel, Jump Board. By working in a small group, you will have the attention and correction you need to progress and extend yourself.
