Here are some questions that we receive from people when they are about to get started with us.
We do understand some people like to trial a class before getting started, but our classes are very popular with our members, and for this reason, we choose to prioritise spots in our classes for our members.
You are very welcome to drop into the club to meet us, see the facilities, have a look at a class in progress, chat to our happy members & ask us any questions you may have! We would love that!
We also have a 14 day ‘Love Us’ guarantee on all memberships. We offer a full refund within 14 days of signing up if you don’t love us. It's our way of saying 'try us' without any gimmicks or loopholes.
We don't charge a Joining Fee on any of our memberships.

We offer two different Minimum Commitment Periods. My Workout is a 6 month minimum commitment and Workout Flexi is a 4 week minimum commitment. To keep things relaxed, we do not ask for long commitments of 12 & 18 months.
Payments are made fortnightly every second Thursday.

Absolutely. You can suspend your membership for a minimum period of 14 consecutive days, just let us know at least 3 days prior to the first day of the suspension period. A suspension fee of 50 cents per day applies.
Simply email us (or pop into the Club) giving 28 days notice of your cancellation. An early cancellation fee will apply if the cancellation is within your minimum commitment period. Your full membership rate applies during the 28 day notice period.
