    A barbell workout for anyone looking to get lean, toned and fit – fast. Using light to moderate weights with lots of repetition, BODYPUMP gives you a total body workout.

    Instructors will coach you through the scientifically proven moves and techniques pumping out encouragement, motivation and great music – helping you achieve much more than on your own!

    A high-intensity interval training (HIIT) workout, designed to improve strength, cardiovascular fitness and build lean muscle. This workout uses a barbell, weight plate and bodyweight exercises to blast all major muscle groups.

    GRIT Strength takes cutting-edge HIIT and combines it with powerful music and inspirational coaches who will be down on the floor with you, motivating you to go harder to get fit, fast.

    A ‘new to gym’ group session that supports our Beginner Workout Plans (displayed on the gym floor notice board).

    Attend one or two Beginner Workout sessions to learn the exercises and build the confidence to train independently.

    Our Beginner Workout Plans are designed to enhance strength, mobility and balance.

    A research backed, functional core workout, designed to build strength, stability and endurance in the muscles that support your core. Work with resistance tubes and weight plates, as well as body weight exercises. All the moves have graded options so it is achievable for all fitness levels.

    A high-energy fitness class with moves that cater for total beginners to total addicts.

    Combining athletic movements like running, lunging and jumping with strength exercises such as push-ups and squats, your Group Fitness instructor will guide you through a warm-up, gradually increasing intensity until you really get into the zone. Dig deep and push through! Your fitness will thank you for it!
