Our ‘béton brut’ Cycle Studio hosts both live and virtual Les Mills RPM & SPRINT classes. Choose your ride. Find your place in the peloton and enjoy the atmosphere team spirit. Or enjoy the ride more solo in a virtual class, with the company of a cinema-style screen and epic sound system.

Workout is a thriving and supportive Group Fitness community. We offer a diverse range of classes, tailored to meet a variety of fitness goals. Our class line-up includes Reformer Pilates, Yoga, Mat Pilates, Cycle, Circuits, Zumba, New Body, ABT and Les Mills Classes.
