53 Reformer classes a week, led by our highly experienced and super talented Pilates Instructors. Our instructors plan, choreograph and lead their own reformer classes, delivering a tailored and personal class experience. Our spacious Pilates Studio accommodates 24 Balanced Body Allegro 2 Reformers.
Gym Floor
Open and spacious gym floor areas with world class equipment, split into dedicated spaces for every type of gym workout.
Strength
Three designated strength training zones, with quality equipment and Coaches on hand to help with exercise tips and technique correction. Our signature LIFT Program and Express Line are evidence-based programs that are time efficient, safe, easy to learn, and easy to follow.
Cardio
Escape to our boutique, second floor Cardio Zone where you will discover treadmills, cross-trainers, steppers, rowers, and bikes. Enjoy immersive and captivating cardio workouts through easy access to entertainment and popular fitness apps.
Work-It Circuit
13 stations, 26 minutes, add rocking tunes and one excited coach and you are ready to Work-it. This energising fitness circuit is for all fitness levels.
Yoga
Our beautiful Main Studio is home to a diverse range of yoga styles, tailored to suit all levels. Our yoga classes use high quality props to enhance your practice and include meditative elements and mindfulness to bring you to a more grounded state of being.
Group Fitness
Workout is a thriving and supportive Group Fitness community. With 125+ classes a week, we offer a diverse range of classes, tailored to meet a variety of fitness goals. Our class line-up includes Reformer Pilates, Yoga, Mat Pilates, Cycle, Circuits, Zumba, New Body, ABT and Les Mills Classes.
Cycle
Our ‘béton brut’ Cycle Studio hosts both live and virtual Les Mills RPM & SPRINT classes. Choose your ride. Find your place in the peloton and enjoy the atmosphere of team spirit. Or enjoy the ride more solo in a virtual class, with the company of a cinema-style screen and epic sound system.
