We are experts at helping everyday people get stronger. Our HIT Line is the perfect way to get started with strength training. You’ll work from your own base-level in a safe and supervised environment. Once you start, you won’t want to stop!
What is the HIT Line?
The HIT Line is made up of six of the best strength training exercises you can do for your body. All it takes is 60 to 90 seconds on each exercise with minimal rest in between. Traveling down the Line once, you’ll complete your whole workout in just 20 minutes!
Sounds easy, but how does it work?
The secret is in the technique. On each exercise you’ll move the weight using a smooth, consistent and slow speed. It’s called super-slow training. This method is proven to give equal (and better) benefits than traditional strength training methods. By slowing your movements down, your muscles will work more effectively and safely —it’s that simple!
