If you can no longer attend a class, you must cancel your booking online via the App or Member Portal up to 1 hour before the class starting time.

You can cancel your booking online via our App or Member Portal up to one hour before the class starts. Cancellations are not accepted by email, through social media or by phone call.

The late cancellation/no-show fee reduces the number of booked members not attending this popular class. To avoid a fee, you must cancel your class online via the App or Member Portal outside the 1 hour cancellation window.

Go to workout.net.au, select Members Area from menu, and select Member Portal from dropdown menu.

You will be notified via email and sms if a spot in the class becomes available, confirming you are automatically booked in.  This will often happen in the final 1-2 hours before a class is scheduled to start.

It is super important to take yourself off the waitlist if you no longer wish to attend the class.  This is important because if you are accepted into a class from the waitlist 1 hour before the class starts you will not be able to cancel out of the class with enough notice and you will be registered as a ‘no-show’ if you do not attend.

If you are accepted into a class from the waitlist 1 hour before the class starts you will not be able to cancel out of the class with enough notice and will be registered as a ‘no-show’ if you do not attend.  Please manage your waitlisted bookings by taking yourself off the waitlist if you cannot attend the class with 1 hour notice.  This will ensure you are not charged a no-show fee.

You need to register your attendance for a class using your Access Fob. If you do not have your Access Fob, please see the front desk staff to sign you into your class.  This will avoid being registered as a ‘no-show’ for your class.

You can have up to 4 future Group Reformer Class bookings, including waitlisted bookings .  If you try to book more than 4 future classes, you will receive a message saying "Online Booking Limit Exceeded".
