Update 24 May 2020
Hello Everyone
The countdown is on with many of the wonderful services we have all been missing set to reopen over the coming two months as detailed in the road-map to easing Queensland's restrictions.
During our time of closure, we have not taken our eyes off the ball in preparing the club for a safe reopening. As you can appreciate, there are quite a few procedures, details and practicalities to iron out as we start to navigate towards reopening. Things will definitely look different but we assure you Workout will be back with more heart, soul and cheer than ever before!
At this stage we will likely reopen in Stage 3 from 10 July. We will give regular updates by email, social media, newsletter and website posts, We cannot wait to see you!

Update 20 March 2020
What a week. Our thoughts and support are with our members and the family of our staff, who have had more than just a tough week with businesses, employment and lives devastatingly impacted by what is happening. We are fortunate we are still able to remain open so you can continue to enjoy the many health benefits of regular exercise. The Australian Government's Department of Health has stated that “gyms, indoor fitness centres and swimming pools do not need to close at this time. However, they must follow social distancing advice and have good cleaning routines in place”. Our response: Social distancing advice is being respected and numbers have been capped in all of our Group Studios. Group Exercise Studio: 35-participant capacity: there are 35 blue ‘X’ floor marks. Please stand or set up for class on a floor mark. Reformer Studio: 22-participant capacity: please follow usual ticketing system. RPM Studio: 11-participant capacity: we appreciate our RPM enthusiasts have been hit the hardest. We will be emailing this weekend with a strategy on how we will manage this moving forward. Cardio Room: We have spaced our cardio equipment to ensure the recommended social distancing. All other gym areas: We are lucky to have a large, open and airy gym. We ask all members and staff to observe social distancing. Our cleaning routines: We have always been a super clean gym. However, this week we have put in place every measure we can to ensure Workout keeps our promise of a healthy, hygienic and clean exercise environment. We will continue to be diligent and review our measures daily. You may not know, but a professional cleaning crew cleans Workout Indooroopilly every night and has done so for decades since my Mum & Dad stopped doing it themselves in the late eighties. Moving forward we will continue to keep you up to date by email, a designated website page, social media (Instagram and Facebook) and in-house televisions and signage. Before I go, I want to say a big thank you to our amazing staff family. Without their help, support and absolute enthusiasm in serving you - our wonderful members (and your children) - none of what we do would be possible. We promise to look after our staff no matter what. We also want to say a big thank you to you for showing us your support and for keeping your exercise routine going. Happy weekend everyone… take care and see you soon.

We understand there is growing and significant concern within the community concerning the coronavirus (COVID-19). The health of our members is our priority, as is helping our members feel comfortable continuing their health and fitness routine during this time. We are forming and fine-tuning our responsive procedures upon the latest World Health Organisation and Queensland Health guidelines, and Australian Government recommendations. Assessing our protocols on a daily basis, we will keep your informed of any updates or changes. This week you will notice some changes in the club as we roll out these important procedures.
