53 GROUP REFORMER CLASSES PER WEEK
At Workout we call our Group Reformer Classes – GRC
Duration: 45 minutes
Level: All levels welcome
During a GRC music will play and your instructor will demonstrate and instruct you through a flow of simple reformer exercises. You will feel a ‘good’ burn and feel challenged in this expertly programmed body-toning workout. The Pilates Reformer apparatus allows three dimensional movements, and is low impact and joint friendly—it’s the perfect Pilates approach for all levels of fitness!
Pilates grip socks are compulsory for all Group Reformer Classes and are available for purchase from the Front Desk.

A Pilates reformer class that will tone your body from top to toe. Our experienced Pilates instructors combine traditional and contemporary Pilates methods to shape the way your body looks, feels and moves.
Mobility and Flexibility GRC
Tailored for over 55’s this practical, feel-good GRC is performed at a slower pace and uses props to assist stability. This class includes movements to promote better balance and enhanced freedom of movement.
