Group Reformer Class (GRC)

Looking to sculpt and strengthen your body? Feel the burn and challenge yourself in this carefully programmed body-toning workout. The Pilates Reformer apparatus allows three dimensional movements and is easy on the joints—it’s the perfect Pilates approach for all levels of fitness!

  • Jump the queue and book online at workout.net.au up to 7 days in advance (small booking fee applies), or
  • Collect a ticket from the Ticket Kiosk up to 30 minutes before class starting time (no booking fee)
  • Pilates grip socks are compulsory for all Group Reformer Classes.
  • Please be on time for your class as there is no late admittance.

Note: trying the Group Reformer for the first time can be a little daunting. We have a Private Pilates introductory offer of 3 x 1:1 sessions (55 minutes) to help you get started and transition into Group Reformer stress free! Trust us… this class is too good to miss!

Mat Pilates

Whether you’re a Pilates beginner or a seasoned participant, this class will deliver a great workout. Combining classic Pilates floor exercises and clever Pilates props (stretch bands and Pilates magic toners) this class is the perfect compliment to your Group Reformer class.
