LIFT

Need to get stronger? Get ready to LIFT. LIFT is a year-round strength training program on the gym floor. Each month we coach you through six strength training exercises designed to be completed in 20-25 minutes plus the Everyday Challenge at home. Suitable for beginners and regular gym goers, it is fully supervised by our strength coaches to ensure proper technique and build confidence with weights. LIFT coaching session are booked through the portal. You will need a towel and your weights training card (available on gym floor if you need a new one).
